Stella Polare Italy represents the interests of international buyers throughout the process of purchasing property in Italy. We also provide administrative and documentary assistance with Italian residence procedures where required.
In property matters, we work exclusively on the buyer’s side. We do not act on behalf of sellers or real estate agencies, market properties for sale, or operate as a real estate agent.
Our work may include reviewing the buyer’s requirements, preparing and organising documentation, communicating with agencies and property owners, coordinating appointments and communication with the professionals involved, and representing the buyer’s interests throughout the purchase process.

Professional and legal framework
Property buyer representation is provided as an administrative and organisational professional service within the framework of Article 41 of the Italian Constitution and Law No. 4 of 14 January 2013.
Assistance with Italian residence procedures is provided with regard to the applicable Italian immigration and visa legislation, including Decreto Interministeriale 11 maggio 2011, n. 850, Allegato A, punto 7.
Decisions concerning visas and residence permits are taken exclusively by the competent Italian diplomatic, consular and administrative authorities.
